At 9.08 on the morning of January 16th, the commencement ceremony of Weilun International Kindergarten Project of Anqing Foreign Language School was held grandly in the construction site of the campus. Fluttering flags, flying balloons and red carpet filled the scene with jubilation and joy. In attendance were Director General Hu Haisheng with the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau, Chairman Xie Changqing of Anqing Foreign Language School, Deputy Director General Liu Xiufang, Deputy Director General Hong Dawen with the Education and Sports Bureau of the economic development zone, Anqing Foreign Language School's President Madam Huang Wenli, Principal Ma Xiu of Anqing Foreign Language School's Weilun International Kindergarten, Manager Wang Genqiang of Anqing No. 1 Construction and Installation Engineering Company as well as Manager Zan Jiangen of Anqing Construction Supervision Co. Ltd. Director General Hu Haisheng with the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau announced the official start of the project. Everyone witnessed the historic moment of Weilun International Kindergarten. The commencement ceremony was presided over by Director Li Ping of Anqing Foreign Language School. In the first place, Anqing Foreign Language School's President Madam Huang Wenli delivered a welcome speech in which Madam President said excitedly that she was grateful to the strong support and encouragement of Municipal and Bureau leaders, many thanks to Hongcheng Company for their dedication to education, a great many thanks to the project designers for their countless work through the night, and many thanks to all departments of the school for their solidarity, cooperation and pragmatic efficiency. Madam President expressed that Anqing Foreign Language School would go all out to make Weilun International Kindergarten a high quality, diversified international flagship kindergarten and develop Anqing Foreign Language School into an international high quality school with a continuous 15-year system from kindergarten to senior high school, which will contribute to the development of Anqing City and add brilliance to Anqing City's educational enterprise.

In the second place, Principal Ma Xiu of Weilun International Kindergarten elaborated on the educational philosophy and vision of the kindergarten. Weilun International Kindergarten covers an area of 16 mu, introducing international education resources and the management mode of Beijing high-quality kindergarten, adhering to the concept of ‘Chinese culture, international vision’. To be specific, the interior is equipped with 12 comfortable and modern classrooms with large space of internationalization, personalization, regionalization and six functional experience rooms. On the other hand, the exterior is equipped with more than ten arenas which can cultivate children's courage, insight and athletic ability, balance and coordination in addition to social and life skills. Moreover, Weilun International Kindergarten creates a natural and beautiful fairytale educational environment most suitable for children's growth, combining with Reggio's advanced educational philosophy, multiple intelligence development education ideas, STEM education curriculum system and the British EYFS early education evaluation system, which aims to cultivate international elites who can communicate with the world in the future. In the third place, Manager Wang Genqiang with Anqing No. 1 Construction and Installation Engineering Company and Manager Zan Jiangen with Anqing Construction and Supervision Co., Ltd., respectively made statements and speeches. In the fourth place, Deputy Director General Hong Dawen of the Education and Sports Bureau of the economic development zone and Deputy Director General Liu Xiufang of the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau delivered their speeches successively. Deputy Director General Liu Xiufang pointed out that the establishment of Weilun International Kindergarten of Anqing Foreign Language School would further enhance the internationalization level of education in Anqing and further meet the demand of the rapid development of the city for high-quality international education, which is a key education project of the municipal government. In conclusion, Director General Hu Haisheng of the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau announced the official start of the construction project of Weilun International Kindergarten of Anqing Foreign Language School! In a peaceful atmosphere, as a flock of white doves, a symbol of hope and the future, flew into the sky, excavators wearing red flowers began to drive piles. Today's work promises tomorrow's brilliance. Anqing Foreign Language School's Weilun International Kindergarten will officially open in September this year. The completion and opening of the project will certainly promote Anqing City's early childhood education to a new level.
